Our transition defense is awful, often because we're playing 4 on 5 waiting for Boogie to get back.
The transition defense was awful, but players complaining to refs about no calls is a league problem. Specifically to Boogie, his problem is that he's slower than Curry, Paul, and the others that are habitual complainers. His complaining is on par with David West circa 2008 and that team did fine. Of course Boogie needs to get back, but the whole team struggles with transition defense even when Boogie's out.

The Warriors got most of their open threes by having Cousins' man set the screen, knowing Boogie wouldn't step out to the perimeter.
This one is partly on Gentry being terrible making adjustments, but is mostly good coaching by the Warriors. If you force Boogie out to the three point line all sorts of bad things can happen, namely Curry and Klay cutting the lane, Durant having easier one on ones, and Green having one less challenger for rebounds. It puts Boogie between a rock and a hard place, but it's not like any other team has figured out how to consistently slow down the Warriors.
