You’re holding your breathe and not realizing it when your jump roping. I had gotten them as well about a year ago. They’re called exertion headaches and it was like the worst brain freeze I’ve ever had.

Got an exertion headache once while squatting heavy. Thought I was gonna puke from the pain. They suck.
