The guy who was the Mike the Tiger mascot in the late 80s was decapitated when a flatbed trailer disconnected from its vehicle, crossed the center lane, and cut right through his car.
They found the Tiger suit in his trunk.

Also knew a guy that passed out after drinking too much, threw up, and drowned in it.
