he listed pence first, then the fbi. he could easily wiggle out of this if it actually became a problem by saying he added the fbi to the comment since he had just pled guilty.

I'm not defending trump in any way. I'm just trying to point out that him saying Flynn lied to the fbi in his tweet doesn't mean he knew before. EVEN if he did, this tweet wouldn't hold water.
