1) in ten years, 7.5 per year will be not be much at the rate things are going. 75 over Ten years isn't as big as it seems when out in that context.

2) hiring an active coach with a championship under his belt is huge. I started a thread on the MSB yesterday to see how often this has been done. In the thread we could only come up with one time in the last 50 years That a school has poached a championship coach from another school. That was johnny majors in the 80's . I think the last time before that was Paul Dietzel leaving LSU. Saban, Meyer, holtz, Spurrier all changed schools after winning a ring but none of them went from one campus to another. They either went to the NFL or took time off.
