Now here's LSU's. It’s the second down year in a row for the LSU Foundation. That endowment has slipped from a high of $644.1 million in 2014 to a $616.5 million balance on June 30, 2016, according to the audit.

I already explained that they're including the PUF in their endowment, which is an absolutely idiotic way of counting. It's tax money from o&g extraction that's "invested" for facilities on campus. It's not donated from Alumni.
Not to mention, they count their System endowment (and all the related PUF's from it) to get to that $10B number. It's phony math.
