So I got my 2 Ecobee's installed, how are your smart thermostats setup?

I'm trying to get the setting where things aren't running as often and the house is still comfortable.
My comfort settings are:
Away - 64-72
Home - 70-73
Sleep - 68 - 73
I've read I can change the temp threshold so that it will swing a little past before kicking on so it doesn't come on as much. Any other tips?
This is the usage graph from my main floor unit last night. The upstairs unit only kicked on once. It seems to have ran a lot for sleep mode.

why is your away setting at 72? thats gonna kill you during the summer
for my zone that has all the bedrooms I have
Away 62-80
Home 68-74
Sleep 65-72
I also have smart home/away enabled, so that if motion is detected during an away period, it resets to home
I also have the fan to run 10m/hr to circulate air regardless of temperature, but I'm not sure if this is really needed.

I do mine 5min/hr just to get some air moving. Mine goes for long periods without running in some seasons, so it's nice to move some air around.

The 72 was a typo, actually had it at 82.
I guess it needs to figure out some stuff as well. The smart recovery deal kicked on at 1:30 to start heating the house from 67 back up to 70 in anticipation of us coming home at 4:30. I guess it needs to learn how long it takes to do get things back to normal.

I'm working with my settings also. For scheduling, do you go straight from sleep to away mode, or do you add home mode between the two for the time when you wake up until you leave the house for the day?

i recently added a short home period about 30 minutes before we wake up so that the heat would kick on for really cold mornings
i don't mind sleeping in a cold house, but it was hard to get up in the morning when it was 65 out of the covers
