If Mayfield were black and Flowers were white, the conversation would be the exact same now with Mayfield dominating the coverage and no one giving a shite about Flowers.

I'd go the other way and say if Mayfield were black it's plausible that some at ESPN would treat him more harshly for his "thuggish" behavior.
