Of course, I have not read the pleadings in this lawsuit and am not fully aware of the allegations. However, the law seems clear and I don't think I've ever heard or seen anything like this in governmental litigation at the Federal level (I've seen similar crap in Louisiana and New York). I would like to know who represented her, who paid the legal bills, and what on earth she was thinking. How much time was spent sitting around in a government conference room with DNC lawyers at taxpayers expense to come up with this? The sad part is that your tax money is paying for her, her lawyer, the opposition lawyers, and the judge.
