Any lawyers to comment on: if they need a positive medical examiner ID/autopsy of the baby girl to charge for murder/manslaughter? If the mother had anything to do with it I am thinking she could be arrested in a 72 hold pending reports? (I am not defending the mother I am just wondering)
Another rumor underline the word rumor is that a neighbor told the FBI that they witnessed in the past-- Earl break all the windows of her van, with a baseball bat-- in their driveway. When he was left at the trailer with no keys to his vehicle or cigarettes. I fully understand women stay with assholes, but I blame her for staying with him with his rumored hot temper.
