Not too worried. If he leaves it will be a huge blow no doubt. Gundy’s buyout is only $3 million.

I don't think that he'll leave because he has it made in the shade in Stillwater, and his whole family is from OK. His kids are in high school and middle school. He's said before he's only probably got 5-6 more years in him.

That said, if they are offering to double his salary, he'll certainly listen...he might even take it.

I have to believe (maybe delusionally) that he'll stay b/c of the above and b/c of his love for OSU and desire to continue to build onto his legacy.

No doubt he loves OSU but sometimes money and a change of scenery and a unique challenge are enticing to good coaches.

Can't stand Tennessee but they've been such a dumpster fire for so long I almost feel sorry for them at this point. Would maybe make the 3rd Saturday in October more interesting and competitive for a change.
