I heard Tabasco made a good sauce and so does Louisiana Hot Sauce. Worcestershire sauce is a good marinade. Those are just some of the sauces I have.

What sauces do you have?

Tabasco is the best in my book. I like to lay a drop (or two) right on my fried egg, then watch as it melts into the yolk. Yummy! Just enough to vet my vhissle. But I usually go all out on my seafood gumbeaux, enough to get me sniffing.

All in all Tabasco is my favorite.
