he's hit double digit in every ppr game except the one he got hurt in early in the year. He hasn't lived up to high end wr1, but he's been a low end wr1(ppr)/high end WR2(0.5ppr) and has been consistent. The TDs have not been there, but that's nothing new

When you draft someone in the first round (PPR or Standard) the expectation is for them to be a clear cut #1. Julio has not been cutting it as a #1. He’s a #2, and that’s disappointing given his ADP.
