Man you just don’t get it and judging from your post history you never will
i get it perfectly actually; its you thats been fooled
my grandparents had very little else to do in their life, very few choices about who they had relationships with or when they had kids, no birth control, no ability to travel, no such thing as a career.
why would i give the freedoms we have in the modern period away?
and its funny the same people who seem to be all ga-ga about having children are the very same people society would be better off without.
no thx

If your life choices have made you happy, that's all that matters. I'm happy for you. The last thing we need is more unhappy people. Truth is, because of the way you feel about having children, you wouldn't be a good parent anyway. I salute you for being true to yourself.

From tigerhead
This is what I’m getting at. If what you desire is a commitment free life and that makes you happy, great. It is not what i envisioned for my future.
Fatherhood has been the most rewarding experience of my young life and it’s not even close. But that’s me and what I wanted. It was never forced on me and giving up absolute freedom of time? That was gone when i got a dog. I have chosen to ground myself for the next 20 years and every day when I get Home and my family is there, it makes it absolutely worth it for me.
When I said you don’t get it, I mean the previous paragraph, not life in general.
