Fair enough, but he threatened to sue AL.com, they invited him to do so, and he has so far declined. That leads to certain conclusions re the actual merits of his case.
He has also demanded Allred release the yearbook photograph in a way that is essentially so much hot air. There are ways to attempt to legally compel her to do so. He has declined to do this. This leads to certain conclusions as well.
As an attorney he is well aware of these things. IYAM he is not at all interested in this going to court, for obvious reasons. He's playing the public opinion game, that's all.
I am reminded in all this of Hannity's threatened defamation suit several months ago that never happened, even though the objects of his ire never retracted their statements.

That is fairly common, IMO

Are you talking about the newspaper? Or, has Alred said anything? I truly don't know.

That invites certain conclusions.
It is an election...EVERYTHING does this. You can dislike him for the way he combs his hair.
Look....I am certainly not a Roy Moore "supporter". But, I can be fair in my observations of his reactions and I can have my doubts about Alred, et al.

Moore's lawyers could legally get it and they havent taken any means to do so.
Only idiots think this is a win for Moore.
Well, again, I think the DA aspect was the most damning as it appears they lifted a more contemporary signature to copy. Also, Gloria's refusal to support the yearbook is embarrassing for this accuser.
Why should Moore have to open himself to liability in order to disprove an allegation that is crumbling around the accuser and her disgraced counsel?
If anything, the accuser should have it verified to give her accusations some form of credibility.

What conclusions? That you would be a really awful lawyer if you were involved in this case?
If he wins, he doesn't sure because there is no upside. If he loses he sues them for big time damages.
Either way, lack of a suit within one month of the alleged wrongdoing is hardly an indication of anything. There is a reason he has a year to file.

The Senate has threatened to remove him if he is elected.

I edited for more clarity.

The statement made (to which I was responding) is 'the object of his threat to sue has invited him to do so'. I fail to see how your reply is pertinent to the portion of my post that you quoted.

I thought you were asking if any threats had been made against him as a result of the allegations and the media's targeting of him.

He’s using tDon’s playbook. Won’t be long until he gets accused of colluding with Russians.

Why hasn't someone brought charges against him so he can? Are they afraid to be under oath and enter doctored evidence?
