If you want something pretty hassle free you can order a Cajun Kringle from Haydels to ship to them. It even comes with a package of coffee and chicory.

I send these to some folks every year. They are packaged well and delivered in one day, very fresh. The price is good.

Pralines have to be packaged well if you're shipping. Some of them are delicate and will break up depending on the texture of the praline you're buying.

Pralines are great because I can buy them cheap in bulk and everyone loves them. Lot of the suggestions are great, but I'm not trying to spend $500+ on shipping and buying expensive gifts
