I would think most Congressional staffers are of age, but who knows.

ETA: Definitely want there to be a bipartisan push to open up the records, though.

to be sure. That's why I didn't say it was likely but merely that there was a passing chance. I say that because I am not necessarily assuming that all of the victims were part of the workforce.

Maybe that's a bad assumption? But I figured that there was nothing saying there weren't any victims who we're Simply Connected to the congressman but not necessarily in Washington DC

There used to be a congressional page program which has been discontinued. They were underage and there had been cases of them being abused by members of Congress before.

Both Gerry Studds and Bawney Fwank got in trouble for fricking pages in the 80s iirc and one of the scandals that helped the Dems win in 2006 dealt with a GOP House member from Florida hitting on the pages.
