All the MSM media shows are talking about this today? They wonder why nobody trust the MSM anymore...

She didn't ask because she didn't want to know. Senator Moore needs to have a little inquisition of his own when he gets to DC

Allred is the Kim Kardashian of the legal industry.

I figure he will get one and it won’t be a Senate kangaroo court.
Defamation cases involving public figures have an extremely high bar to win but (badly) forged evidence should cause them to fail an absence of malice test.
Allred may not have known for a fact that the yearbook was a fake but a total lack of interest in authentication should show a reckless disregard for the truth.

quote:This is the sort of thing that frustrates me about what passes for journalism these days.
TUR: But did she see him sign it?
ALLRED: You know, I don’t — I haven’t asked her if she saw him, but we did describe what happened that evening in question. What she alleges was that she put it on the counter; that I think she asked to sign — or that he did sign it. That’s all.
TUR: I ask this, because it seems you’re not 100% sure that it is his signature, and if you’re not 100% sure that it is his signature, why would you show it at a press conference?
ALLRED: Well, why would — you know, why does anybody doubt that it is his signature?
Why not ask Allred this question:
"If this were to come to trial, and Mr. Moore's attorney asked your client under oath if she was 100% sure that the entire inscription was personally written by Roy Moore, would you advise her to answer yes?"
That alone would put this obvious forgery to rest. As to the other allegations, that would be for the jury (or public opinion) to decide on their credibility.

IF this thing was forged, malice would be the only possible explanation.

I think she played her card too early.
