EA removes refund button; no refund option for Battlefront II?

Reddit - EA removed the refund button on their webpage, and now you have to call them and wait to get a refund

It's been a cluster frick. Shame because the game is pretty damn fun and looks/plays well. Optimized great too.

this is what bums me out. i wont get it on principle now until it's 20 bucks. between destiny 2 on pc and teh switch and cod on ps4 i dont need it right now anyway

Yeah I'm only playing it cause I have Origin Access so 10 hour trial, not purchasing it.

10hrs is all that is need for the campaign I here.
Pretty disappointed it being this short. The old Battlefronts had replay value but this one not so much.

All they have to do it literally take the original battlefront II, update the graphics and storyline, and then add a few new perks.

Same as it has always been. PS4 does the same thing I'm pretty sure.
