Sessions was re-elected to the senate in 2014. So, his term (and the term of the person who is elected to serve out his term) ends in 2020, yes?

You're correct. Serves me right for trusting CNN "news".

It would be a 3-yr term.

That is correct.

It is too critical to give that seat up over accusations.

Let's see if the accusers will file charges. If they don't then this is all political theater and I hope Moore sues all of them. If they do and he is guilty then charge him and give him the boot and let the Gov appoint someone until the 2020 election.
