We have been holding decent wads of Specs in SE TX too. A few pockets of Snows but not many until the last few days when wave after wave have been coming down. I guess it must be pretty damn nippy up in Canada and the Dakotas to get the Snows moving this early.
NE LA is also holding decent numbers of Specs too and a pretty good concentration of ducks in fields that have already been flooded. I imagine Wham Brake is loaded up. Would not be surprised if Catahoula is wrapped up too.
