After an 84 yesterday putting okay but horrible with my irons, I shot a 74 today at my home course hitting 15 greens, 12 fairways... 36 fricking putts. That tied my lowest score there. Should have easily broken par. This is why I’ll never get to scratch.

The importance of putting was never so apparent to me as today. I had 7 one putts, and most were pretty sizeable. Crazy to think I could hit like I did today, but if I putt the same as usual, I still likely don't break 80.
