What you do, is when parents aren't looking, and he's running by you, you force him to trip over ur feet and fall, hard. You make sure to tell him, before doing it, to watch out, he's going to fall.

Then, he falls, cries, tries to blame you, but parents begin to get on him for running and tripping over you.

I did it to my nephews. Always worked.
