Not really. All his dad needed to do was not get caught committing a crime prior to Oct 3rd. It's not the hardest thing to accomplish. I did it. You did it. Everyone in this thread was able to accomplish it with minimal effort. The one person that couldn't was the one who needed to the most. That's not the fault of the system. This "dad" is killing his son with his actions.

All the system needs to do is allow the father, inmate or not, to give the kidney.
