Catering and Bartending Service - New Orleans

I have an event coming up where I need buffett style catering as well as bartenders. It will be a seated event so I would like for members of the catering service to pickup used plates and possibly refill water glasses.

I have used a few catering services in the past for work (Cottage Catering, La Madeline, Cafe Lat-te-da) but never one that also has staff present to serve drinks and service tables. Any recommendations?

The event will be on a weeknight starting at 6:00.
