Oh I agree with all of this, and is one of the reasons why I loved him in seasons 1 and 2. But none of his decisions made any sense regarding Rachel and the aftermath. Why would someone with his power go seek out some random prostitute and stalk her like that?

That's what I mean by going off the rails. His other evil shite all seemed to be very calculated and I loved it.

I never loved Doug Stamper or anyone that was on friendly terms with the Underwoods. I fricking hated him as he was as creepy as it gets even for the typical swamp dweller in DC.

It's the first show I can ever remember where I was and still am rooting for the main characters to go down hard.
