The cost of a 4-night Disney vacation for a family of 4 can range from $1250

LOl. Stop acting like Disney isn't expensive. I wasn't complaing, all theme parks are expensive. Its not like Universal or 6 flags is less.

4 nights, so 3 days at Disney? Its basically $100/ day for park entrance. Cheaper for Florida residends. That's $1200/ for a family of 4.

$125/ night for a hotel that's $500. Food all day at Disney for a family of 4 even on a decent budget is $100. If you pinched pennies and ate a handful of snacks and one meal that's still $50/ day. You can easily spend $250/ day on food for a family of 4. Easily.

Staying off site as a Florida resident for $55/ day for a ticket, usually costs me $1500-2000 for a 3 day weekend so 4 nights. I'm cheap, that's cutting a lot of corners. I can easily spend $500 more.

ETA: You are arguing with the wrong person. Like I said, I go about 1.5 times a year. I enjoy a limited amount of disney, my wife and daughters absolutely love it. They would go more if not for me. I'm not a Disney hater, it is what it is. But its not fair to act like its a cheap vacation.

Do I have to tell you that it's relative again?

Fake news. If you are going to do the trip cheaply, you don't have to spend every day in the parks. Kids tickets are cheaper and under 3 get in free (ETA: You said you have 2 kids under 4. So a 3 year old and a younger one? You could probably get them both in for free... since you're so worried about spending). $1250 is the bottom, cheapest way possible where you stay at the campground, eat grocery food, spend a day or two in the parks and the 3rd day doing the cheaper extras like disney springs, horse riding, etc.

Agree with you here. I'm arguing with an idiot.
