LOL, a family of 4 can't eat for $20 at Disney.

Look, for a couple to stay at the bottom tier All-star that's fine. We are splitting hairs on cost savings here. We can agree to disagree on that.

Staying at one of the other properties on the monorail or within walking distance to Epcot is a hell of a lot more than staying off site. Sometimes that is worth it, other times it is not.

Disney is expensive but can be a lot of fun, its laughable for anyone to argue that its not expensive to stay on site. Even at an all-star they nickel and dime the crap out of you because they have you locked in with basically no other options.

The cost of a 4-night Disney vacation for a family of 4 can range from $1250 to $10,000. "Expensive" is relative. Some people want to stay on site for the ease of transportation and being closer to the experience. They don't have a big budget, so they forgo eating in the parks (you can bring in snacks and drinks), they pick up groceries for sandwhiches and cereal to eat at the beginning and end of each day. It can be done. You are extremely ignorant on this matter.

We bring our own breakfast stuff and eat breakfast for less than $20 for the whole week. The only way I would ever pay Disney for breakfast is for a character breakfast. You're making this breakfast thing into far more than it is. Congrats on wasting your money paying to park?

A "bottom-tier" Disney resort is nicer than wherever you're going to be staying. Unless you're renting out a house in the area, you aren't doing better than a Disney resort.
