The suit is very bright and colorful. It's a very classic look. I'll wait for final judgement till after post production. I'm not super familiar with Shazam, but I know he's a kid. That suit fits the theme. They're probably going for some child like elements. That suit says campy but fun 
. Kind of like the classic Power Ranger suits, which I would have loved to have in the movie. Instead we got some futuristic bull shite. I like it.

Well one of his nicknames is "The Big Red Cheese" after all.
The director has also said this will be a more classic version of Billy Baston and not the emo a-hole from the New 52.

It looks like he is wearing a foam muscle suit under the tights. Very cheesy looking.
