Well, then I revise my earlier suggestion on a 257 wby mag, it has energy to kill at 300yds with shot placement, it I don't know about "knock down power". Ive seen what it did to an 8pt at 50yds tho, almost point blank range for that gun! Haha!

After owning one and having killed with it, I honestly would be willing to trade all my guns in for my 6.5 creedmore. Obliterated a 300+ lb aoudad last week at 380 yards. I honestly thought the 6.5 deal was just a fad, and it's not.
