Ok I just met with the head Entergy lineman. A very portly black gentleman named “ Mr. Chambers” . He confirmed that there is an issue with a flux capacitor, and that they have brought “ all available resources to bear “ “ as far as I knew” and that “ I would now get to learn what it feels like to sit in the dark while The Man be oppressing an shite” . He was very comprehensive in the way he mixed electrical issues with social justice. I know I feel better.
