You can't argue with the premise of the OP, although he is trolling.
Nobody in the nation would have hired Da Coach O as a HC. On paper, it is AD malpractice.
If The Orgeron turns out to be a good hire, Alleva is a genius; he saw something in O. no one else did.

No. He gave Orgeron a $12 million buyout when Orgeron would have taken the job for no buyout; he had no leverage
