Liberals don't even care to give the appearance of presenting a counterpoint to conservatives. Their knee-jerk reaction is to go straight to ad hominem attacks: racist, sexist, xenophobic, homophobic, islamophobic because they have no other tools in their tool belt.
It is sad and pathetic and predictable, and it will get Trump a second term.
