Welsh 14-13 over kinder 4th qtr. Sulphur 31-28 Acadiana 4th qtr. I think it's Acadiana's first time trailing this season.

West Monroe is the front-runner clearly now.
I won't even dispute it whatsoever.
No sarcasm here. It is theirs to win or lose.

38-28 Sulphur now.
That is going to upset Playoff seeding BIGLY next week as Acadiana was in the drivers seat for a home game in the semi's.
This Bitterman guy is totally going all in calling out his Wrecka Rams right now and the media lol..

Correct. Sulphur scored to put it away 38-28 over Acadiana, 3 mins to go in the game.

Does this put Sulphur, Barbe & Acadiana all in a three way district tie?

I believe it does indeed.
I don't know how they decide their district champs if there is a tie. Probably some type of points differential or something similar to try and differentiate who is the best team of the three.

I'm not sure how they will decide it either. Must have been a heck of a game though.

Hahnville has steadily improved defensively since the beginning of the year.
They needed that to compliment an offense that won't throw the football.
Will be a scary team come playoff time.

If Dutchtown beats Catholic next week, Catholic will finish 4th in 5 5A.
Tonight's outcomes pretty much guarantee EA a share of district. If St. Amant beats them (which can easily happen), they share the title. If Dutchtown beats Catholic and STA beats EA, EA, STA and Dutchtown split the title.

EA still has to beat a pretty tough McKinley team next week but EA vs St Amant is going to be a war in two weeks.

Anytime a private school gets really good, and has good athletics out of a blue, always draws questions.
