IN! I was in denial for so long... finally looked in the mirror and said frick you...you're fat and unhealthy and you need to change shite... so far down 40 lbs and feeling better than I have in years. It's not fat shaming..it's honesty.

What’s your routine? I’ve been trying to get in shape the last couple months but i’m not making much progress.
