Was listening to the Ringer NBA pod with Kevin O'Connor and Chris Vernon. I was optimistic about the season but they said something that really reasonated. "Imagine the perfect roster to complement AD....now go and look at the pels roster and see how far away it is from what you envisioned." It's almost the opposite freaking roster of what it should be

You fire dell first and let new gm come in with plans for personnel and coaching. You give GM max time to see what we can keep and what isn’t gonna meet his plans
