Excessive Caffeine and brain hemorages

Energy drinks are pretty much poison

Coffee is the only energy drink I drink. I really never have understood the fascination with these so called energy drinks.

They do taste good, though. Better than coffee if I’m being honest with myself.

It has always been a very strong tradition in south Louisiana for 2 or 3 o’clock coffee. I guess I don’t understand the aversion to coffee when it’s hot outside as it usually is here. It’s one of those things I always look forward to, especially when I get together with family or friends, and I’m pretty sure it’s because it’s such a social thing I grew up with, but I can surely drink a good cup of coffee any time.

I drink black coffee all day. If someone is close enough to smell my breath, then they are breaking the man halo rule.

Yep...My oldest worked for Red Bull for about a year but went back to his previous job. He said he couldn't in good conscience promote a product that he would not allow his own kid to consume.

Most energy drinks have less caffeine per ounce than a cup of coffee. A large coffee at Starbucks actually has a bit more caffeine than a monster. The problem is people drink crazy amounts of energy drinks, which is terrible for you.
