I've asked this question before on this board and I still haven't gotten a straight answer yet.
Rand voted for the skinny repeal which had far less teeth than this bill as it only repealed a couple mandates/penalties.
What happened after that? He railed against a pragmatic solution in Graham/Cassidy that promoted federalism and actually cut medicaid and it's something the Governor of his own state openly supported. If the 17th amendment didn't exist, Rand's arse would've been recalled for that.
Rand was for repeal and replace at one point this year, then complete repeal only and adding this or that provision in the bill. He's been all over the place.
Why is Rand doing what appears to be a shite ton of grandstanding on ObamaCare?
