She has a lot to gain. I'm sure it would be very satisfying to her to see the guy who raped her have to pay for it, even years later.

She, personally, has nothing to gain from naming names and only an annoyance and rehashing of it all to “gain”. She doesn’t owe it to anyone to name names if she doesn’t want to.

I don't think anyone would judge her for keeping quiet but by half-assing it she's taken the worst possible road. As Shorty pointed out she's thrown out a blanket accusation against a number of people, most of whom are presumably innocent. But she doesn't care because she sees herself as one of the chosen few. She needs to name names or shut the frick up. Vague insinuations are inexcusable.
