well that's not true

hes done a lot to move the game forward in regards to in game managing. he just has a tendency to overmanage and overthink sometimes. it bit him in the arse last night with some weird decisions, but hes far from just an "above average but not good manager"

The needed him for the save argument last night was something Bobby valentine or buck Showalter would have come up with regarding not Using Davis.

well then, agree to disagree. That team has way too much talent to be where they're at and have been all season.

Interesting point someone said the other day, and Im curious to see where people line. Lets say Cleveland didn't blow that lead last year. Would you say Maddon would be on the hot seat had they not won, and underachieved as much as they did this year? I know the other side of this where one would say " but they did win it", just a question.
