The rest of the State has given up all hope with NO. In fact, your previous elected officials have done a damned fine job of besmirching the rest of this State and indeed the entire South. Congrats on that accomplishment.

Brah, I'm in Jefferson Parish.
I spent most of my 20's planning on buying an oldschool home Uptown. Now, I'm nearly 35, and I have no interest whatsoever in ever living in Orleans Parish. The crime, corruption, high taxes, and high property costs have totally killed my interest in ever living in the city again. If I ever move out of Jefferson Parish, it will be to another state.
