Exactly. From what I've seen he didn't rape them, they had sexual relations with him for a role. Cringeworthy certainly, but they make it seem like they had 0 choice.

This is nothing new in Hollywood. This type of thing has been going on for decades. It used to be called "The Casting Couch" when sleezy directors, etc. required sexual favors from the aspiring actresses seeking roles in movies.

It is pretty much the definition of sexual harassment, quid pro quo.
When someone with that much power and control in your career of choice holds your career in his hands, it becomes less an issue of consent and more an issue of acquiescence.
