This should be Exhibit #1 to all the retarded Progressive's who claim that bringing "disadvantaged youth" into nice areas will result in said youth bettering themselves. Like the Obama era HUD rules that tried to require developers to build a certain percentage of any new development as "affordable housing."

These fricks don't raise themselves, they attempt to bring everyone down to their level. I work on Essen Lane and the change in the area since the Lake became the Charity ER is amazing.
