I understand that. Going to a charge that specificially refers to state-owned hospitals, though, can't fly.

That being said, this guy is a POS for shooting in a hospital, though it's to be expected when you make your ER the trauma/charity ER. It wasn't a surprising decision for the Order to make, though, because providing charity healthcare is exactly why the Franciscans originally came here from France in the first place. It's kinda what their order is all about.

Sadly, the concept of charity healthcare today is a far cry from what it was when they first came here. This won't be the last time some lowlife comes in and brings beef from the streets in with them. It's the nature of the beast these days.
