re: Anyone ever owned, or know someone who has, a Fennec Fox?

I don't know about fennecs particularly, but one thing to consider about foxes is they have a pretty loud smell too. It's almost like mild skunk. Maybe they remove the glands in pets, I don't know. If not, they're quite smelly.
