I’m curious about something.
If you were gonna go on tv and discuss the pumps, would the sentence, “the feds only gave me 3 billion instead of 9 billion.” Really sound like a good thing to say in your head?
Like would it come across to the average person as a smart thing to say?

I'd ask him " so in the many years that these pumps have been down you never once thought to let the citizens know about This? Instead, you prioritized alerting citizens to offensive statues, correct?"
