The citation you need is the same one I used to get the statute provisions I gave in my post - which is a link given in the OP article. Wait, don't tell me you didn't even look at that statute before you responded to my post ??

As for the rest of your post. I am simply asking for a legal precedent to exempt the enumerated crime from the penalty section. I don't care what you bold or highlight. Just point me to the exemption.
