Actually I doubt Donald is even having sex at all much less thinking about it much. Once you get past 70 and his kind of shape, you just become pretty much asexual or at least once every three months kind of guy.

They probably have an open relationship and I've heard rumors that Melania may be hiding a boyfriend somewhere in DC that's in his late 30s or early 40s and may be why she doesn't join him much at all for his weekend trips to New Jersey. In fact, In fact, when they came back from Europe back in July, she didn't board Marine One with him and instead got in a motorcade to "go pick up Barron" but I think the press pool reported she didn't get back to the White House until much later iirc than what you would expect.

I have nothing against that kind of relationship set up as long as they're all consenting adults and it's probably the best situation for them.

In House of Cards, You never ever seen Frank and Claire Underwood naked around each other much less sleep in the same bed in the White House and Claire is fricking a staffer. That same situation is probably happening in real life too.
