There's interesting side by side photos of Paddock, one where's he's with a lady and he has the shot glass with his eyes closed, in that photo there appears to be the number 13 on his neck, is it a tattoo? The other picture is his hotel suicide and the number 13 is not visible on his neck so either it was not a tattoo or the picture in the hotel is not far enough down his neck to see the 13.
