What? Sorry, but you couldn't be more misinformed. As has already been said in this thread, I'd put Kelly Englis, Andy Ticer, Michael Hudman, Felicia Suzanne, Erling Jensen, Ryan Trimm etc up against any chefs from Nashville. Also, I wouldn't use Nashville hot chicken in this argument either...have you ever heard of Gus's?
